These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of "The Second Line", a digital pregnancy journal offered by Vlada Makitan ("we", "us", "our") through the website thesecondlinediary.com. By purchasing or downloading the product, you agree to these Terms.
"The Second Line" is a digital product: a downloadable PDF pregnancy journal with reflective writing prompts. It is delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
After your payment is confirmed, the product is delivered automatically to the email address you provide, together with a download link. Please ensure your email address is correct. If you do not receive your files, contact us at orders@thesecondlinediary.com.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal use. You may print copies for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the product or any part of it, in whole or in part, in any form. All content remains our intellectual property.
All text, design, layout, and content of "The Second Line" are owned by Vlada Makitan and are protected by copyright. No ownership is transferred to you by your purchase.
"The Second Line" is a reflective journal, not a medical or clinical product. It does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your pregnancy.
The product is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
